70% of Palestinian women in Jerusalem cannot find employment (according to the Jerusalem Institute for Policy Research, 2022).

We know this problem all too well: over the years we have met many smart, capable women in our community who are unable to reach their full potential. The main obstacles to their success include:

In 2020 we decided to use our power as a joint community in order to open doors. We launched the Employment Project ( بنحقق أحلامنا' ) - a professional and personal development community for Palestinian women in the city.

This community brings together hundreds of women from diverse professional fields, who help each other with questions, dilemmas or challenges on the way to more fulfilling and rewarding careers. Thanks to a solidarity network of volunteers who contribute their time and expertise -
